We first met Jimmy in 2011 at a property launch showroom where we exchanged contacts. Thereafter, we called Jimmy a few times to seek clarifications and advices on the latest property rules, regulations, and trends. Despite not having a real need to buy or sell at that time, Jimmy patiently shared his expert opinions. We appreciated that gestures very much as we looked back, it prompted us to consider some important factors before entering into the market.
Two years later, Jimmy contacted us and asked if we were opened to consider investing in one of the new launches. That was the beginning of our 7-year long working relationship. Since then, we entrusted Jimmy to act on our behalf to buy, sell and lease properties.
Jimmy is responsive and proactive in taking initiative to update us regularly on the progress of deal. This is very important for us as we are often busy with our work and simply have no time to manage tenants’ and buyers’ requests.
