Some of you, i believe, are looking for private condominium to invest and you are definitely spoilt for choice. Every showflat that you go to, the agent will surely say this is a good investment. I definitely agree that each condominium has its good points and worth for investment. However, whether it is a good investment, you got to weigh against what is your needs/wants, financial affordability etc. Buying property is not like going market to buy vegetable. It is at least a mid-long term commitment these days. So, you got to make sure that you are buying that you can finance at least for the next 10 years and most importantly is that it has good potential capital appreciation.
Always remember this, “It is always easy to buy property. But, do you know what is your exit strategy?” Buying cheap doesnt mean it is a good deal at the end of the day.
