Avenue South Residences is located at Silat Avenue. From one look, you may be put off by its location as it is nestled among HDB. Within walking distance, there isn’t much amenities to mention about except for some coffee shops at the downstair of those nearby HDB.


However, if you can look deeper, this is the first development that is located so close to a huge transformation with a size six times bigger than Marina Bay – Greater Southern Waterfront. Where government has incorporated the vision of “work, play and live” vision into this transformation. Waterfront living, new entertainment and upcoming big brands presence will boost the future demand of homes. Not only that, land sale (if any) in this vicinity, will be much more expensive as compared to what the developers of Avenue South Residences have bided for.

In other words, there is huge potential for future capital appreciation.


Looking at present, this development is developed by 3 reputable developers in Singapore – UOL, UIC and Kheng Leong. You can definitely expect quality finishes from them. Right now, it is dubbed the highest building in this vicinity with absolutely stunning view of the city and the sea.


What is so unique about this development is that it is divided into 3 collections – Heritage, Horizon and Peak Collection.
