In October 2021, Our Ministry of National Development (MND) has announced a new model to Built to Order (BTO) launches known as Prime Location Public Housing (PLH). This new model will only apply to BTOs located in certain prime locations in Singapore.

As expected, Greater Southern Waterfront has been categorized as one of the prime locations.

BTOs launched in Greater Southern Waterfront will fall under the new model of PLH where there are certain requirements that it needs to follow.

In term of pricing wise, it won’t be as cheap as those normal BTOs launched.

The expected price of a 3-room flat in the region is somewhere between $400,000 and $500,000. Similarly, the cost of 4-room flats will likely be between $600,000 and $700,000.
