TANJONG PAGAR CENTRE, commonly christened as Guoco tower; is a vertical city in itself, which is crowned as the tallest skyscraper in Singapore. It is designed by Chicago based Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) firm in collaboration with the Singapore local architectural firm Architects 61. It came into existence in 2016; by Guoco group. It is a mixed-use structure that integrates office, retail, luxury residential, hotel development, and a park.
This 64 story building has already been occupied by the number of tenants; naming few of them-Hong Leong Bank, DNB Bank, Open link, and Regus. On its west side, there’s a 20-story building that serves as hotels.

In the heart of the historic district Tanjong Pagar, there lies this tallest building of Singapore. It is situated right above the Tanjong Pagar MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) station.

DISTRIBUTION OF FLOORS
1-6 floors referred as Podium; are meant for eateries, parking, and retail stores.
The next 30 above the podium are for office purposes.
From the 39th floor to the 64th floor, are the residential floors with a total of 181 residences.
This distribution of floors provides immense relief to people as they don’t have to wander here and there for a particular amenity.

To stop cravings…. CRAVE is one of the finest dining spots at Tanjong Pagar Centre that provide unique flavourful food items.
